Yesterday, I shared an easy roast beef in the crock pot "recipe".
Here's the plan for this week.
scrambled eggs, salsa, guac
smoked salmon and cream cheese on grain-free crispy crust (I would choose goat cheese but they like the milder cream cheese. My kids have been eating huge breakfasts most days lately so I am experimenting with a new option for variety and a break from eggs.)
chicken burgers or chicken sausages (from Costco)
or tuna salad
sweet potato or nori chips
apples & sun butter
School & after school snacks:
raisins, applesauce, coconut milk smoothies
Monday - short ribs & veggies
Tuesday - homemade primal pizza, salad & dressing
Wednesday - sloppy joes over roasted acorn squash
Thursday - pork tenderloin (seasoned with tabil), broccoli
Friday - sausage & sweet potato hash
berry fruit crisp (I make this different every time. And love it. Perhaps a recipe soon.)
Lately, I've been switching around the nights on the plan, but we still get around to all the meals, which is great.
